In order to standardize and minimize the impact on the Megalopolis, Mexico City, and the State of Mexico, this measure was established to limit the circulation of private vehicles, regardless of the origin of the license plates.

What time does 'Hoy No Circula' start? Please remember that the 'Hoy No Circula' schedule is in effect from 05:00 to 22:00. Be aware that if you do not comply with the 'Hoy No Circula' program regulations, you may be subject to a fine ranging from 2,075 to 3,112 pesos.

On which day is 'Hoy No Circula' not in effect? The only day when 'Hoy No Circula' does not apply to any vehicle is Sunday, as that day is excluded from all types of restrictions.
